- Plato, Charmides
Everyone's first question.
Rather than performing a generalized routine, I use the knowledge I've gained to build each session around what you want to accomplish and what your body needs to do so.
This may involve a combination of neuromuscular therapy (NMT) like deep tissue trigger-point work, sports and orthopedic massage, stretching, active movement, or even gentler restorative work.
Some sessions are highly focused and corrective; others emphasize relaxation, stress relief, and nervous system reset. Most combine elements of both.
If you are in pain or moving poorly, I look beyond the sore spot for identifiable patterns, like how nearby muscles, joints, habits, stress, and movement may be contributing
Additionally, I can help curate at-home mobility/corrective exercises, discuss nutritional strategies, and go over practical self-care techniques. The aim is not simply to make you feel better for a day, but to help you understand what is happening, restore balance, and support lasting change - Healing is a journey.
Originally born in Denver, Colorado, my family and I moved to Atlanta when I was 10 and I have lived here ever since. I've always had a passion for helping and working with others, so had considered healthcare as a career, but after the 2008 economy crash decided to look into growing fields that would also hold my interest, I happened across massage therapy, felt its calling, and, long story short, figured I'd give it a shot! Turns out I am a huge anatomy nerd too!
It has been an amazing journey. I have learned so much, met so many wonderful people, and am so grateful for all that massage therapy has brought to my life. It is both gratifying and humbling, and my hope now is to spread the benefits I have witnessed "first hand" to all of those who are in need.
Besides holistic care and wellness, I am an avid lover of nature, spending as much time on a hiking trail or exploring the world that I can possibly fit into my schedule. Music has always been a huge part of my life, from being a musician myself to constantly having something playing in the background, it is one thing I could never live without. One of my favorite things about living in Atlanta is the vivid music scene that seems to always have something going on for everyone, no matter what vibe it is you're looking for! The food, too. Lots of good food.
I am a huge nerd, especially when it comes to the works of Tolkien, as I appreciate the ability to explore a new world, even if just for a time. I also love the classics, often delving into various historical works from over the centuries. In 2025 I graduated from Kennesaw State University with my undergraduate degree in Psychology. I plan to attend grad school with the prospect of 'having a hand' in bodywork research, working to increase the tragically limited body of scientific study concerning the benefits of bodywork - which I truly believe is capable of great things, but remains largely misunderstood overall. It's time to change that!
Thank you and I look forward to working with you!
